Its rooms are a decent size and beautifully designed with good beds and laundry machine, as for instance as advertised.

The service was nice during my stay. The facilities were modern and easy to use. Its location relatively close to Nezu Museum was great and unbeatable.

The hotel's location was marvellous to the area we wanted to be in.

New building and spotless and practical rooms with a view for an acceptable rate. With a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a fridge. Favourable location in the trendy area, just next door to a beautiful alley and great cafes.

Excellent breakfasts with western food, the facilities were MODERN. All of the staff was pleasant and accommodating.

Besides, the location was favourable for our stay, within 20 minutes' walk of Mori Art Museum. There were a convenience store and boutiques around the hotel. We stayed in the a double room that was modern and with very comfy bed.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were very rude.

Complimentary newspapers, so I got to indulge in some gossip while sipping my morning tea. And shopping onsite, because who doesn't love buying unnecessary items without even leaving the hotel?

The 24-hour front desk was far too accommodating, making it difficult for me to maintain my diva status.

Location: the hotel was right by the tube stop Gaiemmae on the Ginza line. There was café Citron, that I found within 5 minutes' walk of the venue.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a great location in the Ayoma District, just a block away from Ayoma. The staff at Tokyu Stay were extremely helpful and made all the necessary arrangements for our Tokyo adventures. The room itself was spacious with modern amenities, including a washing machine and mini-kitchen. The view from the 21st floor was breathtaking, especially on clear days when we could even see Mt Fuji. The hotel is conveniently located near the Gaienmae Metro Station, making it easy to explore the city. I had a fantastic experience at Tokyu Stay.

fully equipped hotel, marvellous views and location is ideal really close to meiji jingu stadium and several recommended sites and all terminal like shibuya. the staff are efficient. it offers good services and has a delicious breakfast choices. convenient to have coffee machine in the lobby.

The bathrooms are a little small.

The hotel's position was perfect and nice, to the Gaiemmae station on the Ginza Line. The staff were extremely helpful, and the services were excellent. Had lots of options for breakfast, it was delicious and absolutely fantastic.

The hotel is in the very central location near the metro station. Also, it is not far from Very near to Aoyama with lots of great cafes as well as almost all the tourist attraction areas: bars, restaurants and shopping malls.

Views are not bad.

the location in a nice quiet area was good and lovely and there were supermarkets and a shopping area nearby. the restaurant was small at the second floor here, i had amazing dishes. the service was exceptional, including an early check-in. all the facilities were good.

It is a good value property located in Minato district adjacent to the main tourist areas and a beautiful alley with great restaurants, flower shops, chocolatier...
